south africa has 19 official national parks that is opperated by SANparks. the biggest of which is the Famous kruger national park which is 1,9485 million hectares or nearly 6 million acres situated situated in the north eastern corner of south africa spanning across the mpumalanga and limpopo province, and  bordering mozambique. 

Pilansberg national park is the fourth largest  park in south africa and covers a area of 55 000 hectares nearly 165 000 acres in the northwest province . these are not the only parks available in South Africa but merely the ones we get the most requests for. both of them have a rich history in their origin and diversity in terms of wildlife and plant diversity.
